Nathan got Ariah this Build A Bear puppy dog and if you push one of the paws he barks, and if you push the other paw, it has Nathan's voice saying "I love you Ri Ri". Ariah loves it! He is such a sweet daddy to his girls and we all love him so much!
Russet was well played with in Utah. Here Aida was supposed to be getting daddy to help get her dressed, but she decided to dress Russet instead!
Here is Nathan's brother Jake and his wife Jen. They just had a baby two weeks ago, and we are sad we missed getting to see him!
This is Nathan's brother Aaron and his wife Lori, 20 month old daughter Eli, and their week old baby Abigail. We were so happy that they had Abbey before we had to leave. She is such a cute little baby!
This is Nathan's mom, aka Grandma Ruiz. She will probably be mad that I am posting this, but hey, she was the one who pulled the funny face!
This is Nathan's brother Robert. He flew out here to Missouri and drove to Utah with Nathan. We are grateful that he helped out with the drive, it helped get Nathan to us sooner than if Nathan had done it all on his own. They were able to drive straight through, after of course making a trip to Nauvoo where they got stuck in the Mississippi river flooding!
Every time we visit Nathan's aunt Sharon's house, the boys all go outside for some basketball. Here is Nathan with all three of his brothers and his cousin JC.
While the boys played basketball we girls hung out on the lawn taking care of the kiddos. I love this picture of Ariah!
Aida loved aunt Jen, and loved that she was so great at recognizing that Aida was a baby leopard, not Aida!
We did get to spend some time with lots more of Nathan's family, his sister Becky and her son Brayden, and his sister Sara. Also his uncle Shawn and his family and as mentioned above his aunt Sharon and her family. But I didn't get pictures, so sorry! We were so sad we didn't get to see his sister Katy and her baby (whom we've never met), but they live in California, so it would have been difficult. I got to spend time with my sister Michelle and her kids a couple of times and met up with my sister Maria there as well, but yet again, regretfully, I didn't get any pictures! But I did have a fun time crafting with them! I definitely have missed that! We were so happy being around all of our family and friends, and are already missing everyone! If we don't get to move there, hopefully we will get to at least visit again some time next year!

So it is baby leffard not leopard. And I to love the picture of Ariah in the grass. Ask Nathan why he didn't take his shirt off?
