Hip Hip Hooray!

Nathan is done with school for six weeks! It has been a long year, but surprisingly it went by pretty quick when we look back. Day to day, not so quickly-especially through the winter! Nathan has done so good balancing school and family life! To him, it is more important to have a lot of family time, instead of all A's! We are so proud of him! Finishing just this much, makes it feel like we can do this! We are all very excited to have lots of family time, especially with our families out west! We have sure missed everyone!

To celebrate:

On Saturday, Nathan didn't have to study, of course! So we went to the Nauvoo temple! It is such a beautiful temple and we want to take advantage of the opportunity to go as often as we can. It makes for a long day for the kids, but they survive!

Congratulations on finishing the first year! I'm jealous that you get to go to Nauvoo. I would LOVE to go there. My grandparents served a mission at the temple there 5 years ago.

So how do you do a session with your kids? I agree with Mir, your dress is super cute and I wish I could see it better. Congrats Nathan!

I'm glad you got to go to Nauvoo. Too bad the weather was a little drizzly. Have fun in Idaho!

So here's a funny story, my next door neighbor Carly and I were talking yesterday and I told her how cute Aida's curtains are so I told her to check out your blog, so this morning she said she was looking and she knows Nathan! She went to high school and graduated with him. Supposedly he had a huge crush on one of her friends, I think he even took her to homecoming or something. Anyways, her name was Carly Cash (she does the traffic reports on the radio) you'll have to ask him about that. She also said she remembers him from the Elvis and Micheal Jackson things he would do at the talent shows. It's a small world! Only 3 days!!!

So how is the packing.....?

That's funny that Mir is asking how the packing is going because that's what I was going to ask. So, are your bags packed yet? I was just remembering when we'd pack our bags 2 weeks before girls camp! =) I'm stoked to see you in 2 days!
